Deposit Funds
The Pima County Sheriff's Department recognizes the importance and need to make funds available to inmates. For your ease and convenience, funds may be deposited in the following ways:
Cash, credit, and debit card transactions may be completed at lobby kiosks, located at the Main Jail Complex and Mission Road Facility front desks, during posted front desk hours.
Credit and debit card transactions may be completed online at www.ezmoneyload.com and via telephone at 1-888-497-2387 ext. 80. All electronic transactions will be posted within the hour.
Cash, money orders, and cashier's checks are accepted at the Inmate Accounts window at the Main Jail Complex.
Money orders and cashier's checks are also accepted via U.S. Mail as long as the inmate is properly identified.

The Inmate Account Window hours of operation are:
7:00 am - 1:00 pm
2:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in adhering to these rules for processing of inmate funds:
- PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Only U.S. bank checks and money orders will be accepted at the Inmate Account Window. There is no limit to the amount that may be deposited at this window.
- U.S. paper currency is accepted for the value of deposit only, i.e. no change will be given.
- No coins will be accepted for deposits.
- Any funds released from an inmate account will be in the form of a money order. Prior to releasing any funds, the inmate must submit a Money Transfer authorizing the release of funds from his/her account.
- All deposits and disbursement transactios require the depositor or payee to show a valid government issued photo ID, i.e. driver's license, DES ID card, Arizona ID card, Military ID card, Passport, etc. Check cashing cards will NOT be accepted.
Commissary Items
Some commissary items, in limited quantities, may now be purchased on-line and sent to an inmate. Click here for the on-line ordering process.
