American Beauty Drive reference a report of a structural fire. Upon arrival, deputies observed parts of the upper floor of the residence were engulfed in flames. It was later determined that the residence has been unoccupied for approximately the past year, and nobody was found inside. A nearby residence had to be evacuated for precautionary reasons.

Further investigation showed that the house had been disconnected from gas and electricity. As the fire was deemed suspicious, Sheriff’s Arson detectives responded to the scene. The incident is still under investigation.
